Innovation in separation technology
ALWAYS A MORE PRECISE CUT
Innovative separation process
for rings with multicut system
About us
Since 1999 we have been developing innovative cutting machines for machining large rings – from initial prototypes to solutions for diameters up to 5,300 mm. Our technology has received numerous awards, including the German Material Efficiency Award and the CyberOne High-Tech Award. As a highly innovative company, we stand for quality, precision and continuous development.

We process and manufacture high-quality steel rings on your behalf
Finishing
PTZ WEIDNER takes over the entire manufacturing process of steel rings
From sourcing the blanks to efficient and resource-saving separation at the GIANT RING CUTTER, to further and final processing, you get everything from one source. The GIANT RING CUTTER, in combination with other processing methods (e.g., turning), allows us to continuously process the generated rings until the final product.
Our machinery, including GRC4500-600CNC cutting machine, GRC2500-500CNC cutting machine and Böhringer CNC lathe with a turning diameter of approximately 1,000 mm, enables fast delivery times and the best surface quality.
