-
Lower energy consumption
-
Lower tooling, setup and machining costs
-
Faster manufacturing times
Quality advantages:
-
Deformation-free rings
-
High plan level
-
Very good surface quality
Additional services (on request):
-
Material procurement including factory certificate/TÜV
-
Optimization of components
-
Wage race of individual rings
-
Pre- and final processing according to drawing
-
Heat treatment and finishing
-
Organization of transports
What dimensions can we separate? (Outer diameter, inner diameter, height, wall thickness)
Example dimensions:
-
Outer diameter: up to 3,500 mm, larger after consultation
-
Smallest inner diameter: 150 mm
-
Wall thickness: up to 430 mm
-
Height (separate ring height): minimum 3 mm, maximum after consultation
How precise are the cutting edges?
-
Plan flatness: up to 0.1 mm
-
Temperature during separation: approx. 25 °C → cold, deformation-free method
-
Special accuracy in surface quality: e.g. B. 1.293 Ra
-
The separation cuts are so precise that direct further processing or end use is possible.
How wide is the separation gap?
The separation gap is 3 mm to 4.5 mm, depending on the wall thickness.
What services / special solutions do we offer?
