  • Outer diameter: up to 3,500 mm, larger after consultation

  • Smallest inner diameter: 150 mm

  • Wall thickness: up to 430 mm

  • Height (separate ring height): minimum 3 mm, maximum after consultation

How precise are the cutting edges?

  • Plan flatness: up to 0.1 mm

  • Temperature during separation: approx. 25 °Ccold, deformation-free method

  • Special accuracy in surface quality: e.g. B. 1.293 Ra

  • The separation cuts are so precise that direct further processing or end use is possible.

How wide is the separation gap?

The separation gap is 3 mm to 4.5 mm, depending on the wall thickness.
